Ben & Jerry
Do me a flavour, show me something new. The text will be on the back of signs put up in strategic places so that from certain angles they look like they make up part of certain monument around paris; creating a guerilla style optical illusion. The scamps below show how the signs will work; this idea will link together both British culture as well as french. The actual signs and billboards will be made up from the newest, unique flavour that is due to be released in order to promote the new flavours. Its to enhance peoples livelihoods by adding colour to the scenery of Paris as the architecture is all amazing but neutral. This will also create a huge publicity boost for Paris itself as a tourist destination, as we will also be runnng social media campaigns surround this idea, for example we will invite participants to tweet us with their new, wacky, weird and fun ideas, ranging from new flavours of ice-cream to monuments and buildings they want "Ben&Jerried". Ultimately at the end of the campaign, the winner of the best and most creative idea will win a years supply of Ben & Jerrys! The social media competition will be advertised through everyday advertising in order to gain the attention of the general public, these will be shown in places such as bus stops, billboards and popular magazines.
